Any allergens I should know about?
Made with shea butter, cocoa butter, coconut oil, jojoba oil and beeswax, with a hint of vanilla; the full ingredient list is on the label and in the product photos. If you have a nut, coconut or bee-product allergy, or very sensitive skin, check the ingredients with your doctor and patch test on a small area first.
What's the difference between clear and pink?
The same nourishing formula in two looks, clear or pink, so pick your favorite.
How should I store it?
Keep it below 78°F, out of hot cars and direct sun. Natural butters soften in heat; if it does, pop it somewhere cool and it firms back up.
How fast does it ship?
Orders ship within 2–3 business days by USPS. Shipping is $5.95 in the US, and free on orders of $50 or more.
Can I return it?
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery; return postage is paid by the customer. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare can't be returned unless it arrived damaged or faulty — email sales@lollybwellness.com with a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll put it right.
