Any allergens I should know about?
Made with shea butter, cocoa butter, coconut oil, jojoba oil and beeswax, with a hint of vanilla; the full ingredient list is on the label and in the product photos. If you have a nut, coconut or bee-product allergy, or very sensitive skin, check the ingredients with your doctor and patch test on a small area first.
How should I store it?
Keep it below 78°F with the lid on. It's made without water, so it can soften in warm weather and firms up again once cool. Use clean, dry fingers to keep it fresh.
Is it greasy?
It's rich, so a little goes a long way. Warm a small amount between your palms and massage in until absorbed.
How fast does it ship?
Orders ship within 2–3 business days by USPS. Shipping is $5.95 in the US, and free on orders of $50 or more.
Can I return it?
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery; return postage is paid by the customer. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare can't be returned unless it arrived damaged or faulty — email sales@lollybwellness.com with a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll put it right.
